HAIR TINSEL DIRECTIONS OF USE
1: cut out a piece of tinsel near top of cluster , fold the piece of tinsel in half , creating a loop end and tail end , hold approx , 3-4 inches from the folded loop end .
2: use your other hand to reach into the loop and pull the loose tail ends completely through the loop to make a slip knot .
3: pull2-3 strands of hair through the slip knot , positioning the tinsel so that the slip knot rests close to your scalp .
4: tighten hair tinsel at the scalp by pulling the ends of the tinsel and hair strands in opposite directions until tight , once tight , separate tails of the tinsel and tie a simple knot for extra security .
